Payment Terms

^{Deposits are due upon booking, balance is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which point your booking details are confirmed.}

Alterations

^{Alterations can be made within the last 7 days before arrival but will be subject to an admin fee, however we will not refund any alterations made in the last 24 hours before arrival.}

^{Additions made within the last 7 days must be agreed with us and charged at the standard rate.}

Transfers

^{Bookings can be transferred to an alternative date in the same or following year up to 24 hours prior to arrival subject to an admin fee. New dates must be booked at the time of cancellation. There is no limit to the number of transfers you can make within the original time period, but each transfer will incur an admin fee.}

^{Any nights not transferred, or with less than 24 hours notice, will be treated as a cancellation.}

Cancellation Policy

^{All cancellations must be advised immediately.}

^{In the event that YOU decide to cancel your booking for any reason…}

^{If you have already paid your balance this will be refunded ASAP less an admin fee.}

^{Your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-let the relevant units, less an admin fee and any difference in the re-letting charge.  If we are unable to re-let the relevant units the deposit will not be refunded.  Deposit refunds will be issued at the end of the season.}

^{However any nights cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.}

In the event of adverse circumstances forcing US to cancel your booking we will refund all payments made.

^{Please note; We do not give refunds if you decide to alter your booking or leave early after you have arrived, including for bad weather.}

Payment of your deposit confirms you have agreed to these terms.

Site Rules

Safety

• Hot water must not be taken away from the washbasins.
• We recommend all caravans are fitted with Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Alarms.
• BBQs, Chimineas & raised Fire Pits are permitted. These must be located away from any flammable items, awnings, tents etc. Do not allow hot surfaces to come into contact with the grass, blocks are available from reception. Do not leave any fires unattended. Ensure you have a fire extinguisher or water available nearby at all times.
• No other fires are permitted.

Security

• Guests are responsible for ensuring the security of their own property.
• CCTV is operated by us for security purposes. Should you wish to use your own you will need to discuss this with us first.
• No flying of drones etc. from the site is permitted.

Insurance

• All owners must ensure that their caravan is comprehensively insured. It may be necessary to produce documents upon request.

Liability

• The proprietor will take no responsibility for losses or damage to persons or property.
• Guests will be liable for any damage they cause to park property.
• We are a working farm, the land and property surrounding the site is private and may be unsafe. Entering these areas without permission is considered trespassing.

Driving & Vehicles

• All drivers must have the appropriate driving licence for the vehicle they are driving on the site.
• There is a 5mph speed limit on the site.
• Keep to the park roads when driving around the site.
• No charging of electric vehicles is permitted anywhere on the park other than at the designated EV point.

Behaviour

• All guests to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
• All games must be kept to designated recreation areas.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the park if they are involved in any unacceptable behaviour.

Dogs

• All dogs must be kept on the lead at all times. If it is appropriate, they may be let off in the dog walking area only.
• All dog mess to be picked up and disposed of in any bin.
• Any dogs causing a disturbance must be attended to immediately.

WiFi

• Due to our rural location our WiFi may not be suitable for streaming.

Rubbish Disposal

• General waste to be disposed of in appropriate bins.
• All cans, plastic, paper and card to be recycled in appropriate bins. Separate bins are provided for glass recycling.
• Please leave hot ashes/BBQs beside the bins until cold.
• Do not put any plastic bags/cups, peelings, or disposable nappies down the drains or toilets.
• For disposal of unwanted batteries etc., please see us. Do not leave these by the bins.
• No metal, electrical or large items to be left in or beside the bins. Please take them home or dispose of these at Newquay Recycling Centre.

Deliveries

• No deliveries without prior arrangement.

General

• No generators are permitted on the site.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring any visitors to them follow all rules.
• Children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian during their stay.
• You must follow instructions and signage around the park.
• We reserve the right to alter any site rules at any point should the need arise.
  

Failure to adhere to the above rules may result in extra charges.
